A detailed agenda will be sent ahead of our time together, but please plan to arrive on Wednesday, July 10th as programming for this event kicks off with a welcome reception at 6:00 pm that evening.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deadline for cancellations and refunds is Friday, May 24, 2024 and subject to a $150.00 USD administrative cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail. ([email protected])
  • Cancellations received after Friday, May 24, 2024, will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be made to registrants who choose not to attend the retreat.
