$300 Early Bird Rate | $350 Regular Rate: April 1 - May 31 (or when capacity is reached)

A detailed agenda will be sent ahead of our time together, but please plan to arrive on Wednesday, July 9th as programming for this event kicks off with a welcome reception that evening.

Cancellation Policy

• The deadline for cancellations and refunds is Friday, May 22, 2026and subject to a $175.00 USD administrative cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail. ([email protected])
• Cancellations received after Friday, May 22, 2026 will not be eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will not be made to registrants who choose not to attend the retreat.
